All SFB members will debate the matter of diversity and (unconscious) bias in an open discussion round.
The following questions are used as discussion starter:
- What kind of biases are there?
- How can we become aware of biases on a personal level?
- What kind of workshops/trainings can we set up to address bias?
- What other measures can we take to increase diversity?
