In an impulse workshop led by Jennifer J* Moos, the PIs of the SFB 1381 will be encouraged to reflect on their own assumptions, challenge ingrained perspectives, and consider how subtle biases can influence teamwork, hiring practices, and project outcomes.
Through practical examples and interactive discussions, strategies to foster more inclusive environments, promote diverse voices, and ensure equitable opportunities within the SFB will be explored.
