SFB 1381 and the Cryo-EM Facility at the University of Freiburg are hosting a Cryo-EM Workshop: Basics of Single Particle Analysis.
This workshop will introduce CryoSPARC, one of the most commonly used software packages for single particle analysis. We will explain its functions and demonstrate the process how to get from raw data to a 3D Cryo-EM Map step by step.
The target group are users who already collected their first Cryo-EM data or who might start soon, and who are uncertain how to analyze it. The goal of the workshop is to make users familiar with the most common functions of CryoSPARC and enable them to explore the software on their own.
The workshop will be hosted by Stefan Steimle (technical director of the Cryo-EM facility) and Florian Schneider (project A04).
