Noncanonical binding of Lck to CD3ε promotes TCR signaling and CAR function

Wolfgang Schamel (project A09) and Susana Minguet discovered that the kinase Lck is dynamically assembled into the T cell receptor signalosome. The investigators applied this knowledge to improve T cell-based cancer immunotherapy in preclinical settings.
