On Dec 21 2023, Fan Xu, a SFB 1381 SGBM fellow, successfully defended his PhD thesis “Reprogramming of the transcriptome after heat stress mediates heat hormesis in Caenorhabditis elegans”. Fan was supervised by Ralf Baumeister in the project B9.
