SFB 1381 Workshops

A workshop designed to help early career researchers to write applications for third-party funding, organized by our PI Valérie Hilgers (B02).

Online-workshop, open to both PhD students and postdocs.

PhD students of SFB 1381 have the opportunity to take part in a variety of soft skill workshops.

This online-workshop is organized by project B06 (Hans-Georg Koch as well as Yavuz Öztürk and Andreea Andrei, postdocs in the Koch Lab).

This online-workshop is intended to provide you with two general assays, which are useful for the study of protein-protein interactions independent of the organism or system you are working in.

Project Z01 hosts a workshop about the csBNMS approach and the viewer tool for exploring complexome profile data.

SFB 1381 PhD students and Postdocs have the opportunity to take part in the seminar “Planning Your Scientific Career After the Thesis Defense”.

SFB 1381 PhD students and Postdocs have the opportunity to participate at the workshop “Data Analysis and Statistics using R and RStudio”.

Workshop with Prof. Jens Timmer (Institute of Physics, University of Freiburg) and our PIs Sonja Albers, Thorsten Hugel and Wolfgang Schamel.

In this workshop, our PI Uwe Schulte gives insights in how to prepare samples for csBNMS. This method will be widely used in various SFB 1381 projects.
