Hybrid Workshop for SFB 1381 PhD Students and Postdocs a Success Dec 6, 2021 – In Fall 2021, the SFB 1381 hybrid Workshop “Measuring Protein-Protein Interactions” took place. The hybrid format was a great success and has proven to be a tool with which the quality of workshops can be ensured in times of the pandemic.

Pint of Science Germany, May 17-19 2021 May 10, 2021 – The SFB PI Sonja Albers (project A1) and the Young Investigator Grantee Sascha Yousefi (project YIG2) are presenting their work to the public in the frame of the Pint of Science Germany Festival. Attendance is free of charge.

Young Investigator Grants Awarded to Laura Gámez-Díaz and Sascha Yousefi Jan 4, 2021 – Dr. Laura Gámez-Días from the Institute of Immunodeficency, University Medical Center Freiburg, and Dr. Sascha Yousefi from the Institute of Biology, University of Freiburg are the Young Investigator Grantees of the SFB 1381.
Asifa Akhtar Received Leibniz Prize 2021 Dec 19, 2020 – Asifa Akhtar (Project B3) received the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize 2021 by the German Research Foundation (DFG) for her outstanding work on the regulation of the genome.
