Project Summary
Mass spectrometry (MS) is an indispensable technology for investigating assembly and dynamics of protein machineries. We will provide a broad spectrum of established high-end MS-based methods (quantitative proteomics, interactomics, PTM characterization, crosslinking MS). In addition, we will develop bioinformatic tools and tailored workflows for data processing, visualization and evaluation.
